Be responsible for the software solution design, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the product/functional specification of the solution
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the software solution design, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the product/functional specification of the solution
- Design and develop applications using Java and latest J2EE technologies
- Develop test plans & test cases and complete with functional documentations based on the project methodology
- Help to guide or lead other Software Engineers
- Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and participate in the systems review with Project Lead/Manager
Requirements:
- At least diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related working experiences
- Strong experience in working with backend systems, preferably using Java
- Good programming experience with Java (POJO, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, AngularJS, jQuery, Gulp, Node/Node.js), WebSphere Application Server/Tomcat on Unix and Windows platforms
- Experience in STRUTS, Hibernate, Junit, Maven, Spring frameworks, Liquibase, GitHub
- Excellent knowledge of SOAP and RESTful Webservices, database design
- Familiar with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
