The responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent support to our Client base, both for application and IT issues and inquiries
  • Actively manage Client relationships by communicating regularly and providing status updates on the outstanding issues being managed by the Service Desk team
  • Autonomously investigate, analyze and provide answers directly upon Client requests, guaranteeing a satisfying first level resolution rate
  • Liaise with business and technical second level areas, providing all necessary information in order to achieve a swift resolution of the issues
  • Understand user issues and translate them into requirements for the technology group, and conversely, translate technology issues into a format that is understandable to non-technical people
  • Highlight Client training and education needs
  • Generation of regular service and security reports and tracking statistics
  • Continuous update of Service Desk documentation and user manuals
  • Contribution to the quality control and improvement strategies for Service Desk activities
Your profile
  • University degree in business administration or IT and/or comprehensive banking education
  • ITIL Foundations certified
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a technology service/help desk environment
  • Understanding of the customer's business and its interaction and dependence on IT services
  • Knowledge and experience of SLAs and service monitoring methods and tools
  • Good practice based experience in either applications, banking and/or IT outsourcing services
  • Experience with the Avaloq banking system is a plus
  • Good written, spoken and presentation skills in English
