• 5 years or more experience in PMO function, preferable in an agile environment in a technology team at a financial institution. • Must be very conversant with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel. • Intermediate to advanced skills on Office365, and JIRA a bonus.

  • Cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders and teams to ensure all pre-requisites for global meetings are in order.
  • Collate and prepare slides, agenda and quorum checks to ensure meeting can be conducted smoothly.
  • Book meeting resources and ensure all facilities are properly set up prior to the start of meeting.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items with action owners.
  • Collect, validate and maintain metrics obtained from various data sources.
  • Track and report on KPI, project status and pre-and-post implementation benefits.
  • Conduct post-event retrospective and track progress on follow up actions.  
  • Support team on administrative, team bonding activities
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
