The Wealth Management Technical Lead serves as a liaison between the subject matter experts on the business side and application development. The focus of this role will be to analyze functional and technical requirements for multiple projects at the same time that may be in found in different phases of the SDLC processes, working alongside Project Management, Application Development, Architecture, Quality Assurance teams to ensure the requirements provided by the business are delivered in the IT application. As a Technical Coordinator and Cross-Functional Technical Lead on the implementation of key business and technology change initiatives within the Wealth Management process and application domains, this role will be responsible for:

  • Working as a Technical Lead in the Wealth Management space particularly in Triple A Plus. Provide support in user management, product configuration, installation, up-gradation, migration, releases, patches, etc.
  • Must have working experience with COTS (e.g. Avaloq, Charles River or SimCorp Dimensions). Preferably with Triple'A plus experience.
  • Order Management exposure is an added advantage.
  • Suggest implementation framework and methodology.
  • Assist in preparing estimates and drive the solutioning aspects while responding to new requirements.
  • Map business processes to the product, responsible for understanding business requirements, recommending & designing solutions.
  • Create technical requirements in the form of TSD for Triple A Plus implementations.
  • Able to manage vendors and internal development team to ensure timely delivery of work.

  • At least 7 years of experience in the related field.
  • Good understanding of Private Wealth Management Business Processes, Order Management System implementations, best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience in a wide range of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, derivatives, structured products, futures, options, forex etc.
  • Hands-on experience designing all tiers of the solution architecture.
  • Should have ability to assess pros and cons of various design solution approach based on the holistic approach involving non-functional requirements of performance, security, etc.
  • Experience across application and data architecture including design patterns, development methodologies, systems integration, data modelling.
  • Knowledgeable in web UI technology and with their integration patterns.
  • Preferable:
    • Excellent knowledge of Triple A Plus - preferably certified from Temenos (Bronze/Silver)
    • Able to design business testing scenarios and experience in user testing of Triple A Plus
    • Hands-on experience of Triple A Plus functionalities: Order management, Reporting, Compliance checks
    • Knowledge and hands-on experience in API management platforms, API design standards, patterns, best practices, API governance, API security standards and implementation (Oauth, OpenId) is desired
