Our client, a well established leading bank in Singapore, is looking for an experienced Technology Risk and Control candidate to join their team.

This role reports to the Head of Technology Risk & Control, and the incumbent is responsible to provide effective risk and control governance and management for the bank


  • Ensure new and existing products are compliant to Technology Risk Management framework and guidelines
  • Facilitate Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) across Technology function
  • Be a subject matter expert to technology team on IT risk and control matters
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and remediate risks


  • At least 10 years of working experience in a similar function within technology risk
  • Excellent communication skills is required for senior stakeholder engagement and management
  • Strong understanding in local and regional technology regulation is required
  • Professional certifications like CISA, CRISC or similar is highly advantageous
