Transformation & Change Portfolio Manager - Markets Ops

Functional Role Description:
- The change portfolio includes a mix of discretionary and mandated initiatives; discretionary items aim to improve the client experience, support revenue growth, reduce operating costs, improve processing efficiency/control and support the delivery of new products and services while mandates are driven by legal, regulatory, compliance or market changes.
- Regional lead for APAC Global Banking and Markets change, supporting the APAC Operations leadership team with change management responsibility for key programs including; integration of Global initiatives with Regional execution:
- Securities Operations, Global Markets Shared Operations, GDFX Operations, GBAM Technology, Trade Operations, Fulfillment, Servicing & Operations, Accountable for the execution of large-scale operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and technology deployments utilizing Enterprise change standards.
- Liaise with Line of Business, Technology and support partners to ensure management of critical risks and issues including risk mitigation planning, risk analysis and issue resolution.
- ogram/project budget and forecast management inclusive of resource planning, allocation and maintenance of adequate staffing levels.
Scope and Scale:
Resources Managed: ~25 globally across the APAC region

Role Qualifications
-Proven ability to lead and sustain change (10+ years experience).
-Ability to bring multiple stakeholders together, cut to the heart of issues to reach consensus & decisions, demonstrate personal courage .
- Ability to effectively communicate, create followership and reinforce why operational excellence is essential for growth.
- Demonstrates effective partnership with all control functions to identify, escalate, debate and resolve issues in a timely manner and in the best interests of our company and shareholders.
- Strong understand of business flow front to back.
- Ability to lead across large, diverse and global lines of business and time zones to execute effectively.
- Experience managing technology or operations initiatives.
