VP, Brand Activation, Group Brand

We are looking for a self-starter to join us and help build a trusted brand across the countries & verticals we operate in.

Job responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Brand campaigns to external customers according to our brand strategy
  • Implement internal brand campaigns in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure the UOB brand is cohesive and compelling to our employees
  • Alongside country teams, develop approaches/brand campaigns to build brand awareness and affinity in the markets that we operate in. Act as both coach and consultant to the country teams
  • Act as the subject matter expert on our brand position, informed by user insights and understanding of the competitive landscape
  • Operationalise processes to drive consistent branding throughout the organisation

Job requirements:
  • Recognised university degree with at least 8-10 years of experience in product marketing and development or brand management
  • Prior experience in Financial Services industry/FMCG will be preferred. Regional experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels with the ability to multitask and a keen eye for detail
