Vice President, Business Banking Analytics

Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with business managers to optimize and monetize customer value through business portfolio analyses, provision of MIS support and the use of decision / statistical models
  • Support business decisions through customer segmentation, acquisition targeting, behavioral modeling and customer / product profitability analyses. Develop predictive models / analytics across the Customer Life Cycle: market segmentation, acquisition, activation, relationship management, cross-selling, up-selling, retention and winback
  • Identify and highlight trends and revenue opportunities based on periodic review of CRM analytics, marketing models, campaign results and other relevant customer/product information
  • Work with business managers to develop portfolio strategies, design and conduct campaign management and champion-challenger strategies across the customer and product life cycles
  • Manage marketing campaign execution, tracking and evaluation. Feedback results into decision models and marketing strategies for continuous improvement. Engage product, segment and channel managers on test-and-learn programmes
  • Work with segment, channel, marketing, demand management and other relevant parties to define, develop and implement business-to-customer solutions (eg, CRM) and data sources (eg, customer analytics datamart)
  • Generate regular portfolio and CRM reports for senior management, segment, channel and marketing, etc

Job Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative programme, such as Statistics, quantitative based Marketing, etc. MBA / post graduate degree is an added advantage
  • 8-10 years of experience in decision science / marketing analytics in a retail banking environment. Experience in the small business segment is highly desired
  • Strong computing skills: SAS - Programming, Enterprise Guide, Enterprise Miner; SQL and database familiarity; MS Office applications, including advanced spreadsheet and VBA
  • Analytical mind with sound business insight, excellent communicator (verbal and written), highly meticulous, and self-motivated
  • Self-starter, flexible with a proven ability to work well in teams, as well as being able to function with minimal supervision. Proven track record in driving business performance
