Wealth Advisory Lead Product Owner
Innovating with digital wealth will enable us to turn every customer touchpoint into a meaningful wealth engagement. The Digital Wealth Advisory Product Owner will lead GCFS in the exploitation of new technologies to drive wealth advisory conversations. The candidate will :

(i) take co-ownership of Digital Wealth Advisory strategy and roadmap for the RM-assisted channel, considering both near-term tactial wins, and mid-term audacious goals
(ii) re-imagine pre- and post-sales wealth advisory, including financial needs analysis, client invement profiling, research management, wealth alerts and insights
(iii) oversee all digital projects related to RM-assist wealth advisory
(iv) assume key liaison role to Wealth Management/Wealth Advisory team and work closely with Frontline Distribution for project implementation
(v) demonstrate thought leadership in conceptualisation of wealth advisory ideas and translating them into projects with tangible benefits
(vi) demonstrate people leadership to manage a small team and influence stakeholders to bring them on the digital transformation journey

Qualifications
  • Passionate self-starter with a curious mind and unflinching tenacity
  • Strong track record of project management experience, having successfully delivered large-scale transformation projects, with 3-5 years as a team lead
  • Exceptional experience and knowledge of digital wealth advisory business domain
  • Solid practitioner of structured project management disciplines
  • Possess a very strong customer mindset in designing processes and solutions
  • Grow to be recognised as an expert and position self as digital wealth advisor to influence stakeholders and fellow colleagues
  • Able to think out of the box with a constant lookout for leading industry practices
  • Foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders including business partners, IT and CX
  • Able to identify and translate conceptual customer journeys, design, user requirements into feasible digital solutions
