Your key responsibilities
  • Stakeholder management of Regional Market heads (North Asia, South East Asia, Global South Asia and Middle East & Africa) and their management teams
  • Conduct monthly review meetings with key stakeholder
  • Deliver concise decision making material and impactful financial insight through high quality analysis
  • Engage with the stakeholders for target setting, strategic planning, forecasting and review exercises
  • Formulate, quantify and monitor tactical- and strategical initiatives in close collaboration with Strategy and Sales management teams.
  • Initiate and lead process optimization within area of responsibility
  • Support and closely collaborate with team extension in Mumbai


Qualifications and Experience:
  • 8-10 yrs post qualified experience in a Finance, Control or other Analytical area within a financial institution
  • Accounting qualification preferable, CPA
  • Experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking beneficial
  • Strong understanding of financial products
  • Analytical ability using standard and bespoke tools plus a track record of formulating and presenting financial and operational solutions for the business
  • Experience in presenting information to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage their time and project manage deliverables to deadlines
