Workplace Banking Relationship Manager

  • Responsible for starting new relationships with companies, with the objective of building enduring relationship with the company through workplace banking
  • Acquire and build an extensive network of companies, through referrals or cold-calls to ensure a steady pipeline of potential companies to come on board.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with companies, serving as a single point of contact for the company.
  • Support client's queries and to provide best-in-class customer service.
  • Facilitate a minimum number of worksite activities (seminars events) at companies over the lifetime value of the company.


Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • A degree from a recognised institution
  • Excellent sales and presentation skills
  • Resourceful to generate referrals from different business sources
  • Excellent professional presence and ability to be an effective spokesperson for the bank
  • New relationship acquisition, relationship building, and sales management skills
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering sales results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good people skills
  • Excellent problem solving, organisational and analytical skills
