The Equities Trading team is responsible for the provision of safe and efficient electronic platforms for secondary markets trading, connecting investors with unrivalled access to UK, European and global investment opportunities. With a single membership agreement and connection, our members can access both London Stock Exchange and Turquoise, to grow their businesses and simplify cross-border trading.
Our team operates on the Early UK Shift - 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Sri Lankan Time) and hybrid workstyle (3 days in office) to support global business operations. Refer Hybrid Working | LSEG for more information on our ways of working.
The Business Management team are responsible for the governance and operational management of the Equities Trading Business unit including supporting business performance (financial, operational, risk and resiliency, members and clients) and ensuring successful implementation of divisions initiatives.

The Business Management team are responsible for the governance and operational management of the Equities Trading Business unit including supporting business performance (financial, operational, risk and resiliency, members and clients) and ensuring successful implementation of divisions initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively lead the Purchase Order (PO) process for the Equities Trading team, coordinating with Procurement and Accounts Payable to ensure timely and accurate invoice payments; maintain an up-to-date Opex tracker
- Resolve client queries relating to invoicing and credit control, providing clear guidance on commercial terms
- Track and manage Equities Trading objectives and KPIs, ensuring regular reporting and effective communication across internal forums and senior management
- Lead the organisation and delivery of Equities Trading town halls
- Support the preparation of quarterly Turquoise Board materials, with a focus on Business Management content
- Perform the monthly Turquoise revenue assurance process with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the implementation and administration of pricing schemes across Turquoise and LSE, including client onboarding and responding to internal and external stakeholder queries
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiar with MS Office products advanced Excel, Business Objects, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Minimum of 1-2 years with relevant experience/knowledge/ interest in Financial Services
- Degree or equivalent in Economic, Finance or related fields
- Interest in project management and good planning and organisational skills
- Experience / Interest or willingness to learn in Equities Trading asset classes
