Training Administrator, Fribourg

On behalf of our client, a subsidiary of a globally renowned pharmaceutical group, Swisslinx is seeking a training administrator to take on a challenging role

Your mission:
• develop and coordinate Role to Position Mapping, aligning it with security roles and considering end future position
• develop Training Needs Analysis and Training Plan
• support IRIS project team in the review of global training materials

Your background:
• degree in finance, accounting, business administration or relevant
• experience with system/product (ERP/SAP) a preferable
• knowledge of product/system training methodologies
• Fluency in English mandatory, other languages a plus
• Excellent Excel skills
