Asset Advisory Associate - Geneva



ACE & Company ("ACE") is a global private equity group specialized in direct investments for private investors. ACE’s unique investment platform allows investors to tailor portfolios around their investment interests and risk-profiles.

We are seeking a full-time Associate to support our Asset Services advisory efforts from our Geneva office. The Associate will report to the Chief Investment Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with international clients from diverse industry backgrounds
  • Participate meaningfully in all aspects of transaction development and execution
  • Collect and interpret financial and operational data to assess the performance of companies and their appropriate valuation
  • Perform commercial and financial due diligence for clients including market assessments, competitor studies, and opportunity assessment
  • Develop and present analyses and presentations in client and prospect meetings
  • Manage the relationship and information flow between clients and companies of interest
  • Pursue business development opportunities through industry and network relationships
  • Perform other duties as required

Job requirements:

  • Swiss nationals or Swiss work permit holders ONLY
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, engineering, or business
  • 2+ years of relevant transaction advisory experience at an investment bank or consulting firm
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong command of French, German will be an asset
  • Experience carrying out due diligence, reviewing investment and M&A opportunities across different industries
  • Experience in reviewing legal investment related documentation
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to efficiently plan and organize own workload with tight deadlines and without close oversight
  • Relationship - focused mindset (with clients, peers, management, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Solid quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
