We Offer

  • A unique platform The successful candidate based out of Zurich will join the ITS Fixed Income and Wealth Management Sales COO team as the COO for Structured Flow & Institutional Sales and Structured Asset Solutions teams. In this role, you will report to the COO for ITS Fixed Income and Wealth Management Sales and will be supporting the heads of Structured Flow & Institutional Sales and Structured Asset Solutions. You will be responsible for a variety of duties, including:
  • Analyze departmental processes, controls and platforms for effectiveness and efficiency, identify areas of operational vulnerability and lead the development of remediation
  • Regulatory SME for the teams and products covered; work with the corresponding departments on the implementation of the applicable regulatory requirements; implement and maintain the regulatory control supervisory framework
  • Client activity reporting
  • Implementation and maintenance of Sales Supervisory Control Framework/ Mandates: run and document the control reviews, support supervisors to perform controls (e.g. regular business deep dives and tyre kicks)
  • Set-up and review of Sales Manuals in order to ensure compliance with the content for each asset class
  • Performance of the Risk Self Control Assessments
  • Run the departmental projects ( understand resource requirements and planning and management of the related budgets)
  • Run costs analysis, identify and implement efficiency opportunities
  • Support ad-hoc inquires as requested by the Sales business heads and COO


You Offer
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in a COO role in the banking industry and/or sound Structured Products knowledge Higher Degree Education in Risk or Finance
  • University degree or equivalent higher education in economics, banking and/or finance
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver under tight timelines, proven persistence
  • A solution oriented mind with effective communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, capable of assimilating information quickly
  • Good understanding of financial market and economic fundamentals
  • Ability to discuss and present topics with senior level managers
  • Strong work and conduct ethic
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (Excel, Power point, Word)
  • Excellent English and German language skills
