Leonteq Securities AG (“Leonteq”) launches its third Leonteq Graduate Program designed to develop future experts, leaders, innovators and entrepreneurs. The program will equip the next generation of top university talents for a long-term career within our company. Successful applicants will join their team of choice and become a valued team member from day one. In combination with two intensive one-week off-site training classes, focusing on important aspects of early career development, Leonteq Graduates will be offered insight opportunities across all departments to understand and build know-how in the mechanics of the structured investment product value chain. GRADUATE HEDGING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT / PLATFORM ENGINEERING

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Trader assistant: pricing and monitoring of structured and pension products
  • Develop and maintain prototypes to support business innovation / product development
  • Coordinate the implementation work with development teams
  • Perform, monitor and improve monthly investment process
  • Design Trading and Portfolio Management Features
  • Create artifacts (mockups, concept of operations, domain models) to communicate functional requirements

TRAINING STRUCTURE

  • Introduction to Interest Rate Derivatives pricing and trading
  • Understanding Leonteq’s flagship life insurance product Establish in-depth knowledge of Front Office systems and proprietary OMEGA platform
  • Deepen proficiency in Excel/VBA and Oracle SQL

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • MBA and / or master’s degree (preferably in Computer Sciences, Mathematics / Natural Sciences or Finance / Economics)
  • Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel / VBA and SQL
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Pragmatic work approach and attention to details
  • Team player
  • Fluent in German and / or English, French is a plus
