We Offer

  • You will be part of the Collaborations Services team in Switzerland that is responsible regionally for Email, Real Time Communication, Document Management & e-Compliance & Retention services for the Bank.
  • You have the chance to join e-Compliance and Retention Operations Team which is responsible for the Global Record Management (GRM) services such as Journaling of all electronic Communication and Record Discovery
  • In this role you will have the opportunity to be the regional lead operations SME to maintain and operate the e-Compliance Retention platform.
  • You will be supporting our users in Legal & Compliance, various e-discovery teams and technical partners
  • In addition you will be working with our regional counterparts in NY, APAC & EMEA to ensure a stable and globally aligned service
  • You will play a key role in global transformation programs in the e-Compliance space to ensure quality within software delivery and onboarding of changes intro production
  • You have the opportunity to increase your know how in the other services we operate such as Exchange, Skype for Business & SharePoint.


You Offer
  • You have either a higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 - 5 years working experience with Compliance & Retention Products such as Veritas Enterprise Vault and Discovery Accelerator (ideally version 11 and 12)
  • Professional knowledge in deploying, configuring, and supporting Enterprise Vault 11 | Enterprise Vault 12
  • Experience in providing the support for administrative tasks of Veritas Enterprise Vault 11 or 12 / Discovery Accelerator.
  • You have at least 2-3 years' experience on MS Exchange 2010, Mail gateway and Unified Messaging
  • Performing out of hours & Stand by work is required within a compensated and pre-allocated shift to provide support for application deployments and incidents
  • Fluent English & German language skills
