We Offer
You will join the Client Identification team within CCRO (Chief Compliance and Regulatory Affairs Officer) IT. The IT team is a key partner to the CCRO business in Switzerland and has been a major contributor to its recent success.

  • You will contribute to designing of new, and expansion of Client Identification systems used by CCRO Switzerland.
  • You will work as a Requirements Engineer, on CCRO systems that will transition to Java and Big Data tech stacks.
  • You will be part of a team which focuses on delivering software using agile principles, strong CI/CD setup and DevOps mentality.
  • You will need to understand and convert business drivers and scope (input from Product Owner) into software solutions using latest tech stacks (Java, React, Angular, REST etc.)
  • You will have in-depth experience in analyzing large data sets, data modeling and reporting packages
  • You will design optimized, intuitive user flows, responsive GUI, processes for maximum usability
  • You will be closely involved with a variety of IT teams, IT stakeholders and business partners in designing technology solutions that supply to new platforms.
  • You will support Solution Architects, development and test roles during relevant project phases, as well as requirement alignment to release plan, business processes and the overall context around application and technical architecture
  • You will maintain a solid focus on quality, be willing and able to adapt to changes in priorities & requirements and remain open and alert to new technology opportunities.

You Offer

  • University Degree (or equivalent education) in Information Technology (will consider Mathematics, Business Administration, or other) with strong requirements engineering experience
  • Demonstrated experience in designing optimized software, using latest design and usability principles
  • Deep understanding of test driven, agile software methodologies and associated tools/technologies
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics, handling large data sets and relational databases (SQL knowhow)
  • An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
  • Excellent people management and communication skills to collaborate effectively and build sustainable relationships
  • Knowledge of Big data platforms and technology such as Palantir, Hadoop, Spark is an advantage
  • Experience working in Financial Institutions Compliance department, possibly even Client Identification or Financial Crime is a plus
