Service Manager Business Intelligence (m/f)

About our client
On behalf of our client, a worldwide renowned Insurance Group based in Zurich, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced Service Manager with experience in Business Intelligence to join our Client's operations team.

It is a unique permanent opportunity to join an international team in Zurich.

Your mission
- Manage service delivery for an application portfolio
- Coordinate service management across different locations (onshore and offshore)
- Incident and problem management
- Manage the communication channels across business and technical teams
- Manage internal and external suppliers
- Service improvements
- Monitor critical applications governance and report on service level performance

Your background
- Experience in a similar role in a financial services company
- Service management experience (application and platform levels) and ITIL certification
- Business Intelligence experience - Big Data, Microstrategy, Informatica PowerCenter, SAP BW, IBM DB2 or SAP BPC
- Stakeholders management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
