Main tasks:

• Define and govern end-to-end SAP solution architecture with a focus on scalability, security, and alignment to enterprise IT standards
• Design modular and extensible solutions using SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and emerging technologies (e.g. Fiori UX, AI/ML, Cloud Integration, IoT)
• Lead architecture initiatives for pharmaceutical manufacturing and logistics, covering SAP modules such as PP, MM, and WM
• Ensure seamless integration with adjacent systems including MES, LIMS, MDM, and other SAP/non-SAP platforms
• Optimize processes for batch management, serialization, production execution, and quality control, applying a Clean Core strategy
• Develop solutions that meet GxP, CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and ISO 27001 requirements; support validation and audit readiness
• Apply ISA-95 integration frameworks to connect Level 3 (MES) with Level 4/5 (ERP/enterprise systems)
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable digital capabilities; facilitate solution workshops, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment
• Provide architecture governance across project lifecycles to ensure design consistency across global operations
• Promote modernization through intelligent automation, SAP BTP innovations and industry best practices

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelors or Masters)
• Severalyears of experience as an SAP Solution Architect within regulated manufacturing or life sciences
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Proven track record in manufacturing and logistics architecture, including compliance-driven environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, production, and quality processes
• Experience in integration design between ERP and Level 3 systems (MES, LIMS)
• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with technological innovation
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional facilitation, and strategic communication
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
