Our client is a well-established international industrial company recognized for its technical expertise and high-quality solutions.
To strengthen its sales team, we are looking for an Inside Sales Administrator to support its continued growth.

Your responsabilities

• Prepare and manage commercial quotations, sales proposals, and customer offers.
• Process customer orders and ensure accurate follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain and update customer information in ERP and CRM systems.
• Act as a key point of contact between customers, external sales teams, production, and technical departments.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal stakeholders and customers to guarantee high service standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales administration processes.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with a technical or industrial background.
• Strong interest in technical products and industrial environments.
• Previous experience in sales administration, inside sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Good command of MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is an asset.
• Native German speaker with good English skills; French is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with different departments in an international industrial environment.
