Are you interested in events, marketing, and the world of financial services? Have you recently completed your studies or vocational training and are looking for an exciting internship?

We are looking for a committed and well-organized person to actively support us during a six-month internship in the development, planning, execution, and follow-up of various events. Your tasks will be diverse and challenging.
The position is based at our office in Zurich. You will also work closely with our internal and external partners.

What you will do

• Support the concept development, planning, and execution of events and trade fairs.
• Contribute to event logistics, coordination of service providers, and participant management.
• Assist with the preparation, on-site execution, and follow-up of events.
• Take ownership of and independently manage your own event projects, including success monitoring.
• Support the procurement of services, event materials, and giveaways.
• Contribute to the introduction and use of AI and automation solutions in event management.
• Provide ad hoc support to the Head Marketing Events on a wide range of tasks.

What you bring

• Vocational training, studies, or a comparable qualification in events, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, combined with very good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in innovative technologies in the events and marketing field.
• Team-oriented mindset, independent way of working, and effective time management.
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills.
