Aufgaben

• Entwicklung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von AI-gestützten Workflows und Automatisierungslösungen für den Bereich Multi Asset & Equity

• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau von AI-Agenten und digitalen Assistenten zur Wissensabfrage und Automatisierung von Arbeitsabläufen

• Strukturierung, Aufbereitung und Verknüpfung von Datenquellen zur Nutzung in AI-gestützten Anwendungen

• Erstellung und Optimierung von Prompt Libraries, AI-Workflows und wiederverwendbaren Use Cases

• Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen aus Product Management, Sales und Marketing in praxistaugliche technische Lösungen

• Unterstützung bei Proof-of-Concepts, Pilotprojekten sowie der Einführung neuer AI-Technologien

• Integration von AI-Lösungen in bestehende Arbeitsprozesse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anwendungen anhand von Nutzerfeedback

• Dokumentation und Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen Nutzbarkeit entwickelter Lösungen

Profil

• Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Finance oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

• Ausgewiesenes Interesse an Generative AI, Agentic AI, Automatisierung und neuen Technologien sowie praktische Erfahrungen in diesen Bereichen

• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Python, R, Datenanalyse, APIs sowie modernen AI- und Entwicklungsumgebungen

• Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Copilot Studio, Visual Studio Code (VS Code), GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure AI Services, Power Platform oder vergleichbaren Technologien von Vorteil

• Ausgeprägte Affinität zu Kapitalmärkten und Asset Management

• Grundverständnis von Anlagekonzepten wie Benchmarking, aktivem Management, Aktienfonds und Multi Asset Strategien oder hohe Motivation, sich diese Kenntnisse rasch anzueignen

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
