This internship involves working in the Desktop Engineering team. The team is responsible for providing 2nd level support to all CME staff within the office for their desktop and laptops. Desktop Engineering drive the desktop tools that enable the enterprise, we are responsible for desktop hardware, printers and peripherals. Primary responsibilities include system imaging, desk side support, asset management, documentation, and troubleshooting issues escalated from the help desk.

Experience 
  • 2 Years University experience in Computer Science degree or equivalent
  • Systems knowledge of hardware platforms, and resources - CPU, memory, end-user devices, peripherals.
  • Knowledge in basic networking
  • Desktop troubleshooting/support/remediation
