We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our team. Our Business Analysts operate across the lifecycle of a technology programme, bringing together strategic intent with technical and commercial feasibility. Your role
Your role will focus on providing knowledgeable and well-informed advice and the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as internal sales and practice development activity. You will have responsibilities for:
• Business Analysis
- delivering and supporting business analysis activities on client engagements;
• Client Advisory
- advising our clients on technology challenges, identifying and supporting the delivery of solutions, including the production and presentation of reports, strategies, plans, designs, business cases and other client deliverables; and
• Business Development
- supporting the continued growth and development of the business through proposal development and contributing to practice development activities. Your work, your choice

You will be based in a Deloitte Belfast office, however travel will be required for client based projects. Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients. We specify full mobility for our consulting roles but we make arrangements respectfully, there may be some opportunity for working from home depending on client demands. Suggested work pattern:

We are looking for candidates that are able to demonstrate skills and experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Business Analysis skills including: Requirements Management, Process Modelling, Benefits Realisation; Analysis and Modelling;
• Shaping and delivering technology-enabled change programmes;
• Assessing an organisation's IT landscape and developing technology investment cases and roadmaps that align with business goals;
• Experience in aligning an organisation's IT strategy with its overall business strategy and goals;
• Commitment to travel to client locations and the right to live and work in the UK
• A University graduate degree (1st or Upper Second)
Additional desirable experience and qualifications include:
• Business Analysis experience in one of the main delivery methodologies e.g. Waterfall, Scrum;
• Industry standard modelling approaches e.g. Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN), or Unified Modelling Language (UML);
• Business Analysis experience in one or more of the following industries: Public Sector, Defence, Security and Justice, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, and Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT);
• Stakeholder Management experience;
• BCS ISEB Business Analysis and/or System Development; and
• PRINCE 2 practitioner certification. Your service line Consulting
