Our Managers are pivotal to client engagement and delivery. As a qualified ACA/ACCA, you will be taking the lead in client take-on, delivery, mentoring, and will be empowered to act as a trusted business adviser to our clients.

Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
  • • You'll be responsible for managing an exciting client portfolio - building and maintaining strong working relationships with all colleagues and clients
  • • You'll adhere to the firms risk management policies and procedures, including being familiar with and consulting the audit manual, to deliver high quality audits
  • • You'll plan and co-ordinate all aspects of audits, including resourcing requirements
  • • You'll be responsible for reviewing the audit in-charge's work, agreeing audit timetables, briefing the audit team (including other specialists) and monitoring budgets
  • • You will take ownership of audit issues and take them through to a conclusion working closely with the client and Audit Partner where appropriate
  • • You'll be responsible for managing, motivating and coaching team members, providing regular feedback and supporting their development

Who we're looking for:
  • you'll be fully qualified (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent) with the ability to lead external audits (minimum criteria)
  • you'll have experience of leading an audit portfolio and delegating workloads accordingly
  • you'll have previous experience of auditing mid-market clients
  • you'll be comfortable using audit software and Microsoft packages
