My client is looking for a Capital and Impairment Lead to join their existing analytics team based in the Midlands. This individual will act contribute towards the development of Models linekd to the support of the organisations coporate objectives.
My client has spent the past 18 months developing models which are compliant with IRB regulations and they are now aiming to be EBA compliant by 2020. In order to do so they need someone to come on board to be responsible for the development and continued upkeep of the existing models.
The right individual will come with previous modelling experience working across either secured or unsecured portfolios. Whilst highly technical with the use of SAS being essential for this role, this person will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement as they will be required to feedback to the CRO and the CFO, providing excellent exposure.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move in to a Managerial position within the next 2 years as there is a clear progression plan in place. My client supports a range of flexible working options including the ability to work a 4 day compressed working week.
