Our client, a leading Financial Services Firm, are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Development Coordinator.

Job Duties

1. Support the delivery of the internal vesting book, external D2C and B2B customer and LTM annual sales targets.

2. Assist the Digital Marketing Development Manager to optimise the performance of the digital journey using site analytics to understand customer behaviours. Work with operational teams to produce end-to-end journey management information and recommend changes to optimise outcomes. Provision of regular performance reporting.

3. Ownership of all content across all journeys. Ensure content is maintained, updated and approved to meet regulatory, financial, product technical and brand requirements.

4. Development of new content / assets to meet market changes or identified customer needs. Develop content to optimise site/page visibility to drive organic traffic, which meets digital best practices.

5. Contribute to analysis, testing and reporting activity to ensure that site, tool and journey functionality is reviewed and recommend changes to improve performance.

6. Ensure that the digital journeys are maintained and developed in line with brand and customer experience guidelines.

7. Work with Group Marketing teams to leverage central digital developments to the benefit of LGRR.

8. Work across the Mature Savingsand Workplace Savings teams to champion the LGRR journey and usage of the tools. Maximise sales of products.

Skills Required

  • Relevant marketing qualification, certificate or diploma preferred

  • Experience of developing and managing digital customer acquisition propositions to maximise business performance across a range of financial products

  • Digital marketing experience across the B2B and/or D2C channels

  • Must have a keen interest in online marketing and knowledge of prevailing trends in the digital marketing space

  • Experience in using CMS - ideally Rhythmyx

  • Experience of working with a brand and to brand guidelines

  • Strong creative skills with a genuine passion for the customer

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Numerate and analytical

  • Strong people and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels

  • A thorough understanding of the latest digital methods of measuring and optimising marketing investments to drive sustainable profitable growth

  • Good understanding of media tracking/tagging process and best practice online customer journey

  • Solid understanding of the risk and regulatory environment in which the financial services industry operates and the impact it has on marketing and communications.

  • Proven ability to organise, govern and manage approval processes
