Abot the role



We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Transfer Co-Ordinator to join or Partner Finance team. In this role, yo'll provide expert gidance and spport on a range of Partner Finance Operations processes, ensring reqests and qeries are managed efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with internal teams and the Partnership, yo'll play a key part in maintaining service qality, improving processes and delivering strong otcomes for stakeholders.


What yo'll be doing

Managing and processing a range of Operations reqests and qeries, ensring timely and accrate delivery

Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing pdates and clear commnication on progress and next steps

Spporting Sbject Matter Experts with the coordination and exection of transfers and Partnership-related qeries

Prioritising incoming work effectively, ensring cases are acknowledged and handled within agreed timelines

Identifying process gaps and contribting to continos improvement initiatives to enhance qality and efficiency

Escalating isses appropriately and working within agreed parameters to resolve problems

Collaborating with colleages across the team to ensre a consistent and high-qality service

Spporting the wider Operations fnction to redce BA demand throgh effective and accrate delivery

Essential skills and experience

Experience in a similar coordination or operations role within a fast-paced, task-driven environment

Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage high volmes of work

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inclding intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKPs, pivot tables)

Excellent commnication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels

Desirable skills and experience

Exposre to coding or data tools sch as SQL or Power BI

Knowledge or experience within financial services or Partner Finance environments
