Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 support to all users across the business. You will have exceptional customer service skills with experience supporting a Windows environment. Active Directory and Office 365 is highly regarded.

Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 support to all users across the business. You will have exceptional customer service skills with experience supporting a Windows environment.

What you will be doing:

  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and emails
  • Ticket queue management
  • Active Directory user management
  • Remote Desktop
  • Customer focused approach to troubleshooting
  • Responsible for tracking daily checks and remediating or escalating as require
  • Ownership of pro-active alerting systems including remediation or escalation
  • Responsible for tracking of IT hardware

Who you will be:

    • Experience supporting a Windows environment

    • No formal qualifications required but the candidate should have experience of working on a Service Desk with daily tasks including management of user accounts.

    • Experience with ticketing systems

    • Strong focus on customer service

    • Qualified in or experience of working to ITIL principles

    • Motivated to self-learn

  • Experience with O365 and Active Directory is highly regarded
