Bsiness Analyst: We're looking for a Bsiness Analyst to join s and play a key role in shaping meaningfl change. This is a fantastic opportnity to work closely with project teams and Agile sqads, sing yor analysis, problem-solving and design skills to trn bsiness needs into practical soltions that improve the experience for or cstomers and colleages.



In this role, yo'll be at the heart of change delivery - exploring bsiness challenges, translating ideas into clear reqirements and ensring teams have the insight they need from analysis and design throgh to development, testing and implementation. Yo'll spport the continos improvement of new and existing prodcts, helping s deliver or strategy now and into the ftre.

Main Responsibilities as Bsiness Analyst:

Gather, analyse and docment detailed bsiness reqirements throgh research, interviews and workshops.

Write clear technical stories and work closely with QA Engineers and Developers to refine them.

Spport Prodct Owners with backlog refinement, helping to shape priorities and ensre reqirements are well nderstood.

Collaborate with Prodct Owners to define featres and ser stories that align with cstomer needs and bsiness otcomes.

Spport planning activity for the bsiness analysis phases of initiatives.

Analyse complex bsiness problems sing cstomer insight and internal data to inform recommendations.

Complete detailed change impact assessments as part of end-to-end change delivery.

Work with the wider change commnity to help ensre change is delivered smoothly and sccessflly across the bsiness.

Skills and experience yo need as Bsiness Analyst:

Experience in a Bsiness Analyst or similar role.

The ability to bild strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

A consistent, pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Strong working knowledge of prodcing bsiness docmentation, inclding reqirements, ser stories, impact assessments and spporting analysis.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the drive to deliver otcomes and achieve reslts.

This role sits within or Billing and Payments domain, therefore experience within billing, payments, collections or related financial operations wold be highly advantageos.
