About the role

  • Supervision of the work allocation and flow for a team of paraplanning staff
  • Conducting regular 121 meetings with paraplanning team
  • Providing input/feedback for staff performance appraisals
  • Conducting regular meetings with the paraplanning team to ensure they are informed of both internal and external developments affecting their role
  • Ensuring that PCA standard practices and procedures are adopted in the region
  • Assisting Head of Paraplanning with any projects
  • Ensuring that new starters into the team are trained to a high standard
  • Ensuring a consistent and high standard of delivery with continuous improvement of Business submission quality
  • Maintaining a relationship with the Regional Financial Planning Director and ensuring that all Paraplanning tasks for the region are achieved
  • Aligning the regions goals with PCA’s central processes

About you

  • 5 GCSE’s A -C grades including Maths and English
  • Experience of managing a large team.
