This is an exciting opportunity to support the creation of a new Strategic Workforce Planning model for the Group. This is a developing area which is key to supporting the Group's cost management journey.

With strong technical and planning skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively you'll support the running of the Strategic Workforce Planning model and act as a technical subject matter expert on the planning model and the end to end process that underpins it.

You'll ensure analytics are robust and consistent with those used elsewhere in the organisation, create clear process documents that remove single points of knowledge in the team and present Management Information (MI) to senior stakeholders Divisional Executives, drawing data from across the Group as required.

Providing analysis capability using HR MI and business knowledge to recognise trends, you'll investigate underlying reasons and identify potential future issues/concerns.

We seek those with great attention to detail as well as strong analytical data skills with experience of analysis, planning and presentation tools. Ideally you'll demonstrate strong technical experience in VBA coding and be an experienced user of the R coding language. Strong SQL experience is also required for this role.
