This role requires someone with a strong Project Management background who has extensive experience in organisation wide initiatives and change management. You will have a deep understanding of project managing business initiatives including the introduction of new business processes to support these initiatives.

Empiric are delighted to be supporting a growing organisation who are looking for a Senior Project Manager/ Business Manager to join their Business Change team.

You will be working alongside the Solution Design and Architecture team to lead change across the business and work closely with all Commercial Teams to ensure that their solution designs are fit for purpose to win new business.

This role requires someone with a strong Project Management background who has extensive experience in organisation wide initiatives and change management. You will have a deep understanding of project managing business initiatives including the introduction of new business processes to support these initiatives.

You will work with senior stakeholders and board level members on a regular basis and will be expected to keep clear overall objectives and strategies in mind and have the ability to solve problems and develop an approach to interact with the situation.

Key Skills

*Strong Project Management experience with extensive experience in organisation wide initiatives and change management
*Professional certification Prince 2 MSP, PMP, APMP
*Excellence stakeholder management and engagement skills
*Familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
*Highly analytical - ability to solve problems
*Ability to embed strong financial management, and develop, monitor and maintain financial oversight of departmental cost centres and budgets
*Good understanding of compliance
*Ability to prepare and deliver MI via reports for the management team ensuring visibility of progress and enabling informed decisions and discussions to ensure the team remains on track to meet financial targets
*Financial services/ banking experience would be highly desirable but is not essential
