Your role

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Human Resources Graduate Talent Program.



You'll get to:



• rotate through different roles, giving you the opportunity to learn more about Human Resources

• benefit from being involved in projects and have access to a global network of contacts

• support communications, insights and initiatives that help bring our people priorities to life

• build an understanding of how strategic HR teams partner with the business to drive culture, performance and long-term success




Your team



You'll be working alongside our Human Resources colleagues, located in London. The team touches every aspect of an employee's experience, from recruitment to retirement. We support our people, enable them to perform at their best and make sure they are fairly rewarded, playing an essential part in maintaining our inclusive culture.




Your expertise



We're looking for a candidate who:

• is graduating between 2025 and 2027

• has fully completed their degree and met all graduation requirements by the program start date

• has no more than two years of full-time work experience

• has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree

• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.



We'd like to see evidence that you can:

- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision

- plan, organize and communicate well

- make things happen

- stick with a task

- work in a team

- come up with ideas.
