Partnering with one of the leading global industrials boutiques, and after a fantastic year having completed several successful deals, they are now looking to add another Associate into their deal team.

Partnering with one of the leading global industrials boutiques, and after a fantastic year having completed several successful deals, they are now looking to add another Associate into their deal team.

THE ROLE:

Working as an Associate in the team, you will be given a broad range of responsibilities across the advisory process. You will be given immediate responsibility across a range of transactions with the aim of expanding your knowledge as much as possible, working alongside entrepreneurial and driven senior team members.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight and careful checking of all elements of Analyst' work
  • Basic drafting of marketing and deal documents (teaser, info memo, management presentation) under supervision
  • Structuring presentations
  • Negotiation of confidentiality agreements and other transaction documents
  • Preparation and dissemination of Q&A lists
  • Data gathering, synthesis and management
  • Design and building of complex financial models
  • Requires decision making as well as analytical/processing skills
  • Must have sufficient judgment to be able to direct and prioritise work of Analysts
  • Ideally will have undergone a formal training program at a major firm
  • Must be able to represent the firm at a client meeting without supervision
  • Must display evidence of technical capabilities and personal traits to develop into a VP

REQUIREMENTS:

The individual should have a minimum of three years and maximum of five years' experience within a large cap bank or leading boutique. The prospective candidate needs to have had experience within the Industrials vertical, outstanding academic track record with strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Additionally, strong exposure and capabilities towards valuation and modelling models are required to do your day-to-day tasks.
