With an additional 30% increase in AuM over the past year and solid performance across the range of funds, they now seek a Sales Associate to join their Distribution team to focus on European clients.

THE SEARCH:

A boutique investment manager with a global presence have enjoyed growth through acquisition and organic means. With an additional 30% increase in AuM over the past year and solid performance across the range of funds, they now seek a Sales Associate to join their Distribution team to focus on European clients.

THE ROLE:

Working with the Regional Head, you will enhance current relationships with institutional clients. You will become an expert on products and investment strategies offered across various asset classes and will build internal relationships to provide effective solutions to client requests. In addition, you will prepare content for research including RFPs and performance reports.

They have a track record of supporting individual development through a healthy working culture and rewarding individual success through career and financial progression. There is potential in this position to progress into a lead sales position.

THE BACKGROUND:

The successful candidate will have previous experience in working within an institutional sales environment. Fluency in a European language is essential (ideally French or German). The individual must be able to communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders and has a passion for financial markets and alternative investments.
