About the role

This Accounts Receivable Finance Administrator will be working for a privately owned real-estate investment and management company in the West End of London, who own assets worth more than $6 billion.

  • Supporting the accounts receivable team
  • Sitting in the finance team but working with the operations team to ensure a smooth leasing/renting process
  • Provide feedback on implementation and refinement of new booking system to the operations team
  • Provide training to site teams when new procedures are implemented
  • Ensure site teams are following company policy as evidenced in AR processing
  • Review and reconcile monthly rent
  • Input new residents into Yardi for a portfolio of properties
  • Responsibility for loading new tenants into the Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Setting up new Deposit Protection Schemes for newly acquired buildings
  • Issue monthly renewals in Yardi computer system
  • Generate preliminary edit list, process changes and final list and print renewals to send to the Resident Managers
  • Input renewals adjustments to the tenant ledgers and load renewal form to the system
  • Input charges for ancillary income to the tenant ledgers
  • Process information for those residents moving out on Yardi and raise refund requests to accounts payable
  • Input tenant receipts from residents into Yardi
  • Liaising with Resident Managers to ensure accuracy of information
  • Liaise with site teams, and colleagues to ensure appropriate information is received

About you

The successful Accounts Receivable Finance Administrator working for this privately owned real-estate investment firm in the West End of London and management company will have:

  • Ideally a minimum of 24+ months experience within property or a similar industry
  • Experience using the Yardi software
  • Excellent communicator, with high degree of self-awareness and confidence
  • Attention to detail, and ability to use technology in the workplace
  • A team-player who is willing to take responsibility, but can also work independently
  • Compassionate, grounded, logical and objective
