In support of our ServiceNow platform we have a new opening for a ServiceNow Platform & Quality Assurance Specialist. The primary objectives of this position will be to support the production needs of the platform, build workflows to support customers, manage/participate in release management and perform testing functions within the ServiceNow platform. The role sits within the ServiceNow team and is tasked with ensuring quality delivery of our solutions that integrate various enterprise systems in a hybrid cloud environment.

As a Platform Administration & Release Management Specialist, you will be a key member of the ServiceNow team driving the quality of our products and services to the next level. You will work within our Agile software development process and have an important impact to the delivery of our services. This opportunity requires advanced ServiceNow Systems Administration and release management skills backed by good quality assurance and development skills within the ServiceNow platform that enable the individual to deliver a high level of service to meet the expectation from the business.
•You'll work across ServiceNow projects and initiatives to manage the reliability and operations of the platform.
•Participate in/manage release management processes ensuring new features and enhancements are successfully deployed across the lifecycle
•Develop story acceptance criteria, applicable testing frameworks and QA/UAT test cases as needed to ensure a high quality deliverable from our team
•Use or develop skills across the ServiceNow platform in areas such as IT Service Management, IT Business Management, Security, IT Operations Management, CMDB and more
•You will have exposure to work on different requests and incidents in ServiceNow in a second level support capacity with support from the broader ServiceNow team
•Participate in our strategy to deploy automated testing frameworks and engage in a culture of continual improvement with regards to delivering world class solutions

•Signigicant experience in ServiceNow Systems Administration/Release Management
•Certified System Administration or Certified Implementation Specialist certification
•Day to day administration of the ServiceNow platform including release management
•Leads and conducts code reviews to assure platform reliability and stability
•Leads/conducts quality assurance testing
•Leads ServiceNow maintenance, upgrade planning and administration
•Designs and develops new ServiceNow workflows and processes
•Manages and resolves incidents against ServiceNow applications
•Expert knowledge of testing cycles within Agile or SDLC
•Proven ability to interact with customers at all levels within an organization to successfully translate business process into acceptance criteria, stories and test cases
•Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent)
•Prior experience with professional services environments and or large scale enterprises
•Experience with automated testing tools, preferable ServiceNow Automated Test Framework
•ITIL certifications are an asset
•Ability to work effectively, with minimal day-to-day supervision, and contribute significantly to the success of the practice globally
