A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join ITV's Data Insight Group as our new Advertising Data Manager. ITV has huge and rapidly growing digital assets including the ITV Hub, one of the world's leading VOD services which is now available on multiple platforms and with over 28m registered users. We have an exciting new opportunity for an Advertising Data Manager to join our Advanced Advertising Data & Analytics function. We have ambitions to lead the market in data-powered, video advertising products that deliver compelling and effective solutions to advertisers and their media agencies. We are looking for talented individuals who are well-versed in advertising/marketing data platforms and technology, and have a strong interest in media, to join the team.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Work with commercial clients and technology partners to validate new advertising innovations through experiments, tests, and trials
  • Partner with ad product managers to deliver the data elements of our advanced advertising solutions, including roadmap planning, cross-functional delivery management, and transitioning products to operational best-practice
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the coverage and quality of first party data, working with relevant groups across the company to enhance addressable data assets
  • Manage media and technology partnerships to realise opportunities for data collaboration
  • Track and report on the core business metrics that define the success of data products
  • Maintain market awareness of emerging technologies that may bring competitive advantage to our data proposition

Ideal Skills and Experience
  • Previous ad operations, data management, demand or supply side platforms, or similar experience gained within digital marketing and advertising
  • Highly numerate with a clear approach to analytical thinking, campaign strategy and data analysis
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and escalate internally and to partners and vendors as necessary
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to present complex analysis clearly, influence others and impact decision-making
  • Broad understanding of data regulations, a sensitive approach to user experience and privacy
  • Partner management and negotiation experience
