Seeking top class real estate asset manager with experience of strategic and hands-on asset management across RE asset classes
Must have experience of PE-style real estate investment platforms and ideally c. 12-15+ years' experience
May come from a hybrid deals/AM background
Must have top academics and be dynamic and energetic
UK real estate experience is essential, European real estate experience is desirable
Must have value add/opportunistic investing or asset management experience
Ideally has experience of managing local operating partners
Very detail-focused, sharp, super organized, with a PE brain but also an aptitude and appetite for asset management
Must have professional standard spoken and written English
Must be eligible to work in the UK.
