Our client is a leading international investment firm with a long track record of investing across a variety of different asset classes. They have over $230 billion AUM and have recently launched a new credit focused team. They are looking to hire an associate/senior associate.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct credit research, create historical and projected financial models, and analyse key financial information
- Analyse and conduct valuations and due diligence exercises
- Structure and capture principle investment opportunities and co-investment opportunities in the credit space
- Produce and communicate internal reports, investment memos, and proposals for internal review and investment decision making
YOUR PROFILE: - Analyst level experience in Leveraged Finance, Private Debt, Credit Research or Investment Banking, exposure to buy-side a plus
- Excellent academic qualifications
- Driven, committed, curious, technically strong, able to take initiative and work autonomously
- Experience and knowledge in Private Credit is preferred to Public Credit/Fixed Income
