In this newly created role you will be tasked with increasing brand awareness and introducing both Fiduciary Management and their niche range of funds. Your main focus will be Pension Funds in the UK and you will be working with the Head of Business Development and one other Business Development Director. In the wider Business Development team there are Directors focusing on Global Consultants, Wealth Management and Family office.
They have a select group of strategies that include Fixed Income, High-Yield stocks, Small Caps, Real Estate and funds of Hedge Funds.
The responsibilities for this role will include achieving a collective goal of growing the AUM. In particular, you will be responsible for dealing with UK pension schemes from initial contact through to assets being transferred. You will be part of a highly collaborative team and be provided with plenty of support in the process.
In order to be successful, you must have a relevant degreee, strong sales skills, a proven track record as well as a minimum of 5 years in a sales role within the UK Pensions market. They are looking for someone who is highly solutions focused in their approach and has also had experience with and end to end sales process.
