Your opportunity

The CISO Office Support role will support the Head of the CISO Office with the communication and coordination the Global Cyber Acceleration Programme (CAP) and other relevant initiatives which have an impact on the Deloitte North & South Europe (NSE) IS organisation. The CISO Office support role will actively engage with stakeholders across the NSE Geographies and Deloitte Global. Additionally, the role focuses on supporting the management of day-to-day operational activities of the NSE IS organisation, which include budget management, talent and sourcing strategy, facilitating governance reporting, support and expedition of the successful delivery of the Information Security programmes (e.g. CAP).

Your role

The CISO Office Support role will actively support and report directly to the Head of the CISO Office.
Work according to recognised programme management methodologies to support the timely and consistent execution of the Information Security Programmes across NSE (e.g. Cyber Acceleration Programme (CAP)).
Maintain and create relevant networks and effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders across the NSE and Deloitte Global.
Pro-actively support and provide insight and advice to the Head of the CISO Office, Deloitte NSE Leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a holistic programme overview and transparency over all projects in progress as a part of the IS programme(s) (e.g. CAP) and facilitate centralised storage of all relevant IS programme and project documentation.
Identify and manage the critical dependencies within the IS programmes and with other IS initiatives across NSE.
Deliver consistent communication across and outside the programmes to achieve buy-in, where required, and awareness of the activities. Create a holistic and transparent overview of the risks, benefits and changes impacting specific functions/teams.
Execute day-to-day activities for the IS programmes, collaborate with key stakeholders, identify gaps and propose solutions to drive continuous improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Support the NSE IS talent and resourcing strategy including the training and learning curriculum.
Provide meeting management support for ISLT meetings.
Assist the Head of the CISO Office to plan the required personnel and ensure resources are allocated to successfully deliver both projects and BAU activities.
Monitor timely and consistent execution of the implementation of the NSE IS target operating model, report on progress, issues and risks and provide project management support for related activities

Your professional experience

• Strong of experience in a program/project management support role related to IT and or information security.
• Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management, coordination, communications and reporting across a complex stakeholder structure.
• Experience in supporting the delivering of large-scale projects, particularly within the professional services industry would be considered a plus.
• Ability to prioritise and balance multiple activities and tasks and deliver in a virtual matrix management structure
• Experience in financial budgeting and tracking.
• Experience in maintaining and managing programme plans, risk and issue trackers
• Professional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP/PgMP or other relevant project management methodologies considered a plus.
• Flexibility for occasional travel (no more than once a month)
