Exciting role working at the centre of an ambitious and successful asset management business. Purpose: Ensure that the company maintains at all times an accurate and complete picture of its clients, prospects and associated entities (consultants, etc) in support of sales, marketing, service and business analysis functions

Main Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

  • Maintain complete and accurate AuM and flow data across all client segments, regions and products
    • Sourcing data from Transfer Agents, distribution partners and internal teams/systems (daily and monthly)
    • Assuring data quality and completeness
    • Providing timely alerts to client teams on significant inflows/outflows
    • Maintenance of client data in salesforce as the system of record
    • Resolving queries and issues relating to client data with appropriate internal or external parties including but not limited to transfer agencies
    • Assist client teams to build reports/dashboards in salesforce to provide insight into specific clients/markets/products
  • Support BBH and finance teams in the calculation and payment of rebates through the provision of timely accurate data relating to rebate and distribution agreements
  • Assist marketing, RFP and presentations teams with regular and ad-hoc AUM and flow requests
  • Ensure product data is distributed externally and available via appropriate platforms
    •  Liaising with the principle data dissemination partner
    • Overseeing provision of data to FE FundInfo and other data disseminators (Morningstar, Bloomberg, etc) as required
    • Escalating data issues to FE FundInfo or the appropriate dissemination partner
  • Contribute to the ongoing automation of  processes and procedures and the use of systems to improve delivery quality and to implement effective controls
  • Maintain complete, up to date and comprehensive procedure documents

Experience Required:

  • Minimum two years of asset management experience in client support/service or fund administration in a similar type of role is essential,
  • Exposure to the fund industry either within an asset management firm or transfer agency, with specific experience of working with UCITS funds and regulations
  • Experience of developing and/or working with data quality routines and procedures
  • Experience with salesforce.com, ideally as 2.01 Administrator
  • Advanced Excel and ideally Access skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and effectively prioritise to meet tight deadlines.  The candidate will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to be able to multi-task and to be able to handle the various queries from administrators and colleagues.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail and be able to apply it consistently
  • First rate written and oral communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and with the ability to think round issues to help find solutions.
