Would you like to be challenged within a company that invests in you and your development? Yes? Then read on and let us tell you why you should work for Transact.
First, a little about us.
We think we’re pretty good at providing customer service to our clients, Financial Advisers, but you don’t need to take our word for it. Listen to our customers who have voted us number 1 in the Core Data, Investment Trends and Platforum, ‘Best Overall Platform’, surveys for the past 6 years in a row.
With this success comes great responsibility and with £28 billion worth of customer money to look after every day, we make sure that we employ the best people who care as much as we do about our customers and their money.
But what really sets us apart is our commitment to our people. Once we employ ‘the best people’, we want to keep them. So, when you join Transact we invest heavily in your development and learning from day one. We give you a comprehensive training programme, support you in your day to day role and also sponsor you to complete relevant financial professional qualifications such as IOC and various CII modules.
And now, about the role.
The service we provide our customers is at the forefront of everything we do, therefore your main responsibility when you join Transact as a Client Service Manager will include:
- Developing and managing relationships with financial advisers through understanding their requirements.
- Providing support to Financial Advisers and their staff in order to develop their understanding of the Transact platform.
- Managing all queries received either by phone, email or letter.
- Processing requests to agreed service levels.
We’ve saved the best ‘til last. You!
You will be fundamental to the success of our business. Within the role you will be assisting our customers on a wide variety of queries, providing guidance and support and importantly, building rapport to encourage and foster on-going relationships.
This role is ideal for those who like to take pride in their work and have a clear passion for providing quality customer service. To demonstrate this you will have strong communication skills and previous experience within a corporate customer service role. You will also be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, being of a meticulous nature and able to “get it right first time”.
In return, you will receive a great base salary, a generous company discretionary bonus and benefits package including company pension, BUPA healthcare, season ticket loan along with 25 days annual leave.
