ENSO's experienced team of prime brokerage, asset management, technology and data specialists are delivering identifiable and measurable benefits to hedge funds every day. The Solutions Delivery members of the Client Service team act as a primary point of contact for clients starting from the onboarding stage. They are not only well versed in the ENSO offering, but also have an in-depth understanding of prime services products. The activities of the team are essential for maintaining and broadening the firm's relationship with its clients. Each member is fully responsible for his/her assigned clients' day to day service experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Manage onboarding process and provide day-to-day support for assigned hedge fund clients, including owning and routing client issues
•    Contribute to evolving the daily data validations and client report delivery processes 
•    Ownership of the client data completeness, data quality and mappings (automate where possible and drive towards an exceptions-based approach)
•    Assist our clients' understanding of the ENSO products and train them on relevant new technology and reporting
•    Communicate client feedback to technology teams to ensure timely request resolution
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
•    Demonstrate proficiency in the wider product range and assist in identifying cross-selling opportunities
•    Work as part of a team and act in a collaborative manner with Sales, Tech, and Product Development alike
•    Support our Broker product through producing custom analysis
•    To fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

SKILLS: 
•    Strong interpersonal skills
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Advanced Excel skills
•    Experience using SQL is advantageous
•    A positive, confident, and determined approach
•    Demonstrate a high-degree of self-motivation and ambition

KNOWLEDGE: 
•    Educated to bachelor's degree or equivalent  

EXPERIENCE: 
•    Experienced at Analyst level
•    Some relevant experience in the banking/finance and alternative investments space is preferred
