My client is a leading retail bank with an exciting new opportunity to take the lead on designing, shaping and testing new concepts and customer-led propositions as they look to undergo a large-scale UK wide branch transformation.

The successful applicant will have the chance to define what role a face-to-face banking experience will play in serving customers’ diverse and fast-changing needs, whilst also having the opportunity to build relationships with senior leaders and business heads across the organisations.

Typical engagements include:

  • Collecting customer insight and using this to design and deliver conceptual innovations
  • Help in building a centre of excellence for customer proposition development
  • Lead a team of high-performing individuals
  • Take the lead on market, competitor and customer insight to shape a pipeline of new initiatives

Candidates must be able to add real value to the company, and an exposure to senior stakeholders will provide a great platform for rapid career progression.

Key skills required:

  • Strong propositions experience and able to demonstrate delivery of customer led propositions
  • Have a strategic mindset achieved through experience within either a customer-led financial services organisation or management consultancy
  • Creative mindset paired with an ambitious drive
  • Ability to influence stakeholder management
  • Strong leadership qualities and management skills
