Responsibilities include the following:
▪ Preparing marketing materials (including confidential information memoranda and management presentations) for debt advisory assignments;
▪ Building complex financial models in support of platform acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, refinancing and recapitalisation transactions etc, and production of financial analyses;
▪ Involvement in business development and identification of potential lenders/investors;
▪ Interacting with clients on a regular basis, attendance at client meetings and participation in the due diligence and closing proces
The desired individual will:
-Be a motivated self-starter with a commitment to high performance in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
-Possess an impressive academic profile, likely holding a a degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
-Already be adept at financial modelling and have accrued high calibre profiessional experience to illustrate this
