Digital Marketing Executive

Description

Lockton's Marketing department is an integrated team of divisional marketing, communications and design specialists who act as trusted advisors to create and implement strategic marketing plans and activity that supports business objectives.

Our specialist skills include advertising, marketing design and copywriting, thought leadership content production, digital marketing, and client document support (such as for tenders). We partner with Lockton's brokering divisions to proactively tailor strategies that enable commercial success - there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to marketing at Lockton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and technically confident Digital Marketing Executive with strong experience in email marketing automation, website management and SEO/content optimisation. You will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing Lockton's digital estate and delivering high-performing email campaigns that deepen engagement and support commercial growth.

Candidate Profile

You should have the following experience:

Technical & Digital Skills

• Proven experience managing websites through a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Umbraco or similar).
• Strong understanding of UX, website structure, accessibility and on-page SEO principles.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms Pardot/Account Engagement preferred).
• Confident analysing digital performance data using tools such as Google Analytics and email dashboards.
• Comfortable building web pages, improving layouts, embedding media and publishing digital content.
• HTML knowledge is a plus
